Olympic Stadium East Stand 'Kop'

jthere's a story about West Ham having a veto if Spurs do wish to ground share the OS -
Thats not a new story - but embedded in the page is a computer generated image titled
"How the Olympic Stadium East Stand Kop would look".
Why would West Ham even consider naming one of their stands in any Stadium a "Kop" ?
Pls let it be journalistic licence and not a leakage of plans already made.
And yes i know that historically there were 13 Spion Kop stands in the old Football League,
but NONE of them were at our ground.

A 'kop' is one long continuous stand, first named after a hill in the Boer war. Liverpool have the most famous one, but lots of clubs, including Charlton, had Kop ends.
Anyway it doesnt matter as the new east stand will be known as the KFC SUPER CHICKEN RUN officially.

I've heard this mentioned, but I'm pretty sure it was referred to by Brady as a kop-style stand, rather than a stand called the kop.
I think ends of the ground are going to be named after Moore and Brooking as with UP
